When working in a job you do the work but only get paid minimal wage but when you’re a freelancer you keep all the profit from the job, but a disadvantage is that dealing with clients yourself can end badly when you get people who just want to cause trouble
Fewer business meetings

When you are a freelancer you can do whatever you want and don’t have to attend business meetings because if you want to do something you can just do it.

The negative of this is that you make all the decisions, so any negative things will reflect on you and your work.
With a freelance job you can do what you love and not have to worry about what the employer will think of your ideas, but there are still the negatives of finding people to buy your work and earning the money for it.
Zero hour contract
A Zero hours contract often refers to a casual working arrangement with no guaranteed hours.
