Evaluation
The goal of this unit was to be able to use audio with photography
I started by researching what is audio in photography and how it can be used to mean different things. I then looked into how I can use audio in photography, putting sounds to photos or narrating over a photo in a short video.
I then made a presentation with my findings on the history of audio and photography
Before moving onto my Project plan for our Mini project.
For the mini project I decided I wanted to do a short film on what we do at the sanctuary with some of my co-workers speaking to the camera
-
clip 1; intro
-
clip 2; how buttercups started with my co-worker matt (and kirk insisting he wanted to help me film)
-
clip 3; walking with goats (music clip with my goats and my friend and her husband who own part of pooky with me)
-
clip 4 and 5; tribute to lost goats
-
clip 6; medicals at buttercups with another one of my co-workers, Cathy
-
clip 7; music break
-
clip 8; kirk getting scratches for assisting in filming
-
clip 9; herding
-
final clip (10); outro
problems I had were;
-
my ppt wouldn’t load onto wix so I screenshot it and uploaded the photos
-
my goat kirk insisted he wanted to help film so I just simply moved him away from the tripod and gave him scratches to preoccupy him
-
I got headbutted while filming so I just simply cut out the part of me dealing with the goat
something I could improve on
-
putting audio to a photo better as my hand was shaky as I filmed a photo and spoke over the recording

End product
-
I was very happy with the final product and as kirk knocked the camera at the end I left it in because we all found it pretty hilarious
-
If I did it again I wouldn’t lean on the floor to film the goat herding because of being butted so part jump cuts and I move to a different spot.
